Saudi Arabia Collateral Registry in Arabic and English.
The Challenge
Saudi Arabia and the Saudi Business Center (SBC) in consultation with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) was searching for a Collateral Registry. Efforts gained momentum in December 2019 and went into high gear as the pandemic started to progress.
The Solution
Paradigm consultants worked closely with the SBC to work out a very aggressive plan to customize and deploy the Secured Transactions Registry in a little over 3 months. As international borders were closing down, the teams adapted and moved online for final training and testing with a successful registry launch on schedule and on budget.
The Impact
The Registry solution offered online access to small businesses and lenders just when it was needed most. The Registry and Paradigm team continue to support the needs of the Saudi Business Center.
